Yes. The current thinking seems to be the card is possessed by something that is Noriko without all of the niceties of Noriko.

Well I was walking throough the school and ran into her and she wanted to play. And I figured there was probably some name she wanted me to call her other than Porcelain Curse Bearer, kind of like Icarus, you know? But uh, she said "if you want to call me something, call me something", and Keiko was the first good name I thought of.

I guess it kinda stuck.
