I keep getting instant messages from people I don't know. And they seem oddly illegible.

I think...? I keep seeing the words "Cute" and "White-Chan".

... I wonder if this is Instant Message spam, like those spams in E-Mail.

Females are generally more prone to stalkers, mainly since so many guys are lonely losers, and some of those have very flimsy grasps on reality.

Believe me, you're plenty attractive.

Of course, stalker is more the worst case. It could as well just be a fan. One that seriously lacks language skills. Or, like you said, it could just be spam. Or a scam. Hard telling.
