Nobody will assume you're this person they know is older.

As long as you change your appearance slightly, no one will assume you are Shiroko, because public knowledge is that you are older.

People will assume you just look similar.

Unless they see you and some poster side by side.

It has nothing to do with you.

People have trouble with faces, if they see a celebrity on the street they're more likely than not going to assume it's not really them. Especially if nobody else is recognizing them.
