Back from Holiday family gatherings. My Grandmother didn't seem as scary as I thought. She said she was mostly proud of me for my time at the Technical School (Duel Academy) and my hard work, but is disappointed I seem so... empty and... what was the word.

Vapid? Windy?

And that I should do something with myself and make my place in the world instead of like my mother, who defines herself through men. Or. Something. It felt kind of warm what she was saying.

... I should do something besides sitting around.

Also, Shikou, she heavily approved of you based on her background checks.

Onni, she disapproves of you heavily and calls you a womanfier.

Susan, she said you're a terrible influence.

It's... Good, I guess, that you've managed to rest for a while, here. But after highschool, one usually tries to consider what they'll be doing otherwise, yes?

... But I don't want to work that much. That's why I went into Pro-Dueling.

Most of my life goals are "Keep Dueling" and marrying you.

Sitting around. Painting. Playing games. Reading. Growing flowers. And I'm liking Brunches.

You might not want to work much, Shiroko, and in general, I won't force you to, but I think you should consider doing some work for the sake of keeping yourself fairly active and energized.

You do seem a bit more... Lethargic, in a sense, even after you stopped using that incense. I think your mind has slowed down to a point since it doesn't have work right in front of it.

She did however note that you reminded her of the Honshu wolf her mother told her about in her youth. Which she said is an excellent thing, she mentioned. Symbol of prosperity?

It's alright for it to have slowed down for a while, but I think it can do with speeding up a bit again. Or at least keeping to a steady pace.

You mention that you like reading, yes? Maybe you should try to find work at a library. Perhaps see if you can't get a job assisting at the college library. You are fairly meticulous when you want to be, so you'd probably be able to best organize and keep track of books.

I'm well aware that if I ever really wanted you to dress up a specific way, I'd just have to tell you it, or go ahead and hand you the outfit itself.

I'm quite serious about you getting a job at the library. In fact, I'm on speaking terms with the librarian at the college, and may be able to see if you can't get work there.

If I eat too much, the extra weight adds onto spots that don't need the extra weight at.

... I think I'd use that more as an excuse to sit around and read, though.

I think I shall take you out to dinner and a movie, then. And a bookstore afterwards.

But you'd at least be doing something, and you'd have a superior over you to make sure that isn't all you do.

Furthermore, you'd also be outside of your current home. Being outside tends to help some revitalization.
