Because you can get really into things when you want to, so I can just see you being the stereotypical perky cheerleader while performing and the second the routine is over you going back to normal.

Then I look at how long I have to eat, bathe, and then sleep.

Time Magic is a powerful and shouldn't be used for that stuff.

Also I have no self control and would use it if I was extra tired and wanted to sleep longer.

Admittedly, I'd probably use it to sleep as well.
