... Does anyone have a remedy or advice for sudden fatigue?

... Sudden fatigue?

[identity profile] observershikou.livejournal.com 2010-08-17 04:57 am (UTC)(link)
... You haven't been doing anything strenuous recently, right?

[identity profile] observershikou.livejournal.com 2010-08-17 05:05 am (UTC)(link)
... Then that's odd.

Maybe you need to do something to keep your interest? Some cases of fatigue happen due to boredom, after all...

[identity profile] whitrthanwhite.livejournal.com 2010-08-17 05:09 am (UTC)(link)
... Where it's happening, I can't possibly be bored. It wouldn't make sense.

[identity profile] observershikou.livejournal.com 2010-08-17 05:16 am (UTC)(link)
... Then where is it happening...?

[identity profile] whitrthanwhite.livejournal.com 2010-08-17 05:22 am (UTC)(link)
With Ms. Saitou of the Osiris Red dorm. I've been tutoring her... but I keep getting drowsy, distracted, tired, or sleepy.

[identity profile] observershikou.livejournal.com 2010-08-17 05:29 am (UTC)(link)
... Try to do something other than tutoring her, and see how you feel then.

You might not feel like you're bored by tutoring-- considering you like academics, it makes it all the odder.

But perhaps you're in... A rut? And maybe need something different to help regain vitality.

[identity profile] observershikou.livejournal.com 2010-08-17 05:46 am (UTC)(link)
It seems fairly simple, to me.

You need to do something different.

[identity profile] gently-pricking.livejournal.com 2010-08-17 10:44 am (UTC)(link)
If you are fatigued, then you should sleep.

[identity profile] gently-pricking.livejournal.com 2010-08-17 11:23 am (UTC)(link)
But are you really sleeping enough? Or even consistently?

You might, after all, not be getting the consistent amount of sleep that would be required to be bright and healthy.

And you want to be bright and healthy, right?

[identity profile] whitrthanwhite.livejournal.com 2010-08-17 11:28 am (UTC)(link)
6 to 7 hours, every night, consistent enough to do work.

I am bright and healthy. And pretty.

[identity profile] gently-pricking.livejournal.com 2010-08-17 11:50 am (UTC)(link)
Only six to seven hours? And you have to organize around work? No wonder you're fatigued!

Perhaps you need something to help you relax. Our store has some wonderful incenses, to help ease your mind.

[identity profile] whitrthanwhite.livejournal.com 2010-08-17 11:54 am (UTC)(link)
But I've never been fatigued and I used to sleep only 4 hours.

[identity profile] whitrthanwhite.livejournal.com 2010-08-17 12:00 pm (UTC)(link)
... It's not like there's anything to pity.

And my mind is entirely at ease.

[identity profile] gently-pricking.livejournal.com 2010-08-17 12:21 pm (UTC)(link)
There's plenty to pity! You definitely don't have enough rest in your life!

The conservation of energy is a very important thing, after all. It's something I hold to high regards!

I sleep enough... I don't see the problem...
