Well, for one, they're a bit more expensive than an average apartment. Very nice, definitely, but the fact that the only person I know of, Souha, who stays in the dorms with Mr. Kantai... Is in the same "Specific" group as I am, leads me to believe that other areas dorms are not so accommodating, or available.

I once dueled them before. They got mad, because they got hurt in it. So they ripped up concrete to fix themselves and said that they'll rip me apart.

Then I found them more recently, and tried to get me to play with them. They kept getting mad about me messing up and probably would have ripped me apart if I didn't figure out how to actually toss the ball they were playing with.
